The role of the Communications Campaign Coordinator is to support the execution of member marketing campaigns across various channels including eDM, DM, SMS and outbound calls, using our marketing automation platform.
The campaigns are intended to deliver a positive member experience and greater satisfaction while assisting to achieve key business outcomes. Ensure all audiences are informed of key updates and changes regarding their relationship with us.
This role assists in ensuring we remain compliant with our obligations under the PHI Act, as well as ensuring a positive experience, through education and empowerment by providing succinct, accurate and informative communication and collateral.
This function supports audiences including members of Australian Residents Health Insurance, International Students and Workers, all white label brands, GU Health, new markets accessed via P2P and our Providers.

Preferably you have experience working on campaigns/journeys within marketing automation platforms and reporting on the results.
Furthermore we’re looking for:
- Excellent communication skills- Ability to work to deadlines & deliverables- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with constantly changing priorities- Experience in direct & database marketing practices
