**Responsibilities**:

- Administering and negotiating high value contracts ($100 million+) on purchasing and sales agreements
- Liaising between various internal stakeholders including legal, finance, sales and operations to provide optimal commercial outcomes to the business
- At the same time, ensuring clients expectations and outcomes are met in a win-win situation
- Asses and minimise commercial risk in association to contractual obligations.

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in implementation and negotiation of high value contracts in excess of $100 million.
- Relevant tertiary experience in law, commerce or engineering highly desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills both internally & externally
