**The Role**:
Join a leading mining organisation as a Contracts specialist and bring your expertise to this collaborative and supportive team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reviewing contracts and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Measuring performance against customer satisfaction by reporting and rectifying any non-compliance.
- Analysing contract costs and ensuring favourable terms.
- Drafting contractual correspondence, evaluation of changes/variations and processing contract variation.
- Issuing amendments for contracts; evaluating claims, resolving disputes and closing out contracts.
- Coordinating the signing process, ensuring all necessary party’s sign.
- Maintaining accurate contract records and providing regular updates to Principal Contracts Advisor.
- Assisting with drafting various tender documents and contracts, conducting commercial clarifications, evaluating proposals, and assisting in contractor selection.
- Reducing Total Cost Ownership.
- Finding opportunities to add value and reduce costs.
