**Your new company**

Hays have partnered with a reputable residential builder/developer specialising in volume home estates to appoint a new finishing supervisor.

**Your new role**

As the finishing supervisor, you will be responsible for overlooking townhouse developments in the North Gold Coast/ Brisbane areas to make sure all areas of construction are compliant. You will ensure all trades are accounted for and developments are completed in the designated timeframe.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- 5+ Volume Homes or Townhouse Experience
- Carpentry Background
- Onsite Companion Experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills

**What you'll get in return**

In return, you will be rewarded with an inviting salary of $125,000 + Car + Phone + Laptop + Super, as well as a strong pipeline of developments in the future.
