Our client provides salary packaging services to non-profit organisations and require Customer Care Consultants who will deliver exceptional customer service to their customers.

**About the role**:

- **Location**: Frewville, Adelaide, SA
- **Salary**: $34.60 per hour + super
- This is an **ongoing temporary contract starting mid/end May.**:

- Full time hours, Monday - Friday
- Training provided.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve first call resolution.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using provided tools and procedures.
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences in every interaction.
- Build rapport and demonstrate empathy with customers.
- Ensure comprehensive and accurate notes are added to relevant databases for all calls.
- Resolve customer complaints by offering appropriate solutions and following up for resolution.
- Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while displaying expected behaviours.
- Foster a collaborative team environment through open and effective communication.
- Previous call centre experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management and attention to detail.
- Quick learner with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be willing to undergo police clearance.
