**About the role**:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the go-to person for customers, providing top-tier service across various platforms.

Your role will include answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and educating customers on how to maximize their benefits.

A Snapshot of Your Responsibilities:

- Provide awesome, first-call resolution for both inbound and outbound customer interactions
- Help customers discover extra products
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints or escalate if needed
- Guide customers through using the self-service portal, troubleshooting as needed
- Handle account changes and basic finance related inquiries

**What We're Looking For**:
We're seeking proactive team players with a passion for helping customers. You'll thrive in this role if you're great at multitasking, have an eye for detail, and enjoy connecting with people over the phone.

Requirements for the role:

- Experience in phone-based customer service or call centers
- Ability to meet and exceed customer focused KPI's
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A knack for building rapport and upselling products where relevant
- Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating different systems
- Sharp data entry skills and an eye for accuracy
