Why You’ll Love This Role - Lead innovative initiatives and drive business solutions as a functional consultant.- Collaborate with key stakeholders across People & Culture, IT, and the broader business.- Be part of a forward-thinking team dedicated to digital transformation.

What You’ll Do -
- Serve as the Workday Domain Expert in one or more functional areas (e.g Compensation, Advanced Compensation, HCM Core.).- Lead stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation of Workday enhancements.- Configure, test, validate, and implement business process changes in Workday.- Support end-users and drive adoption of Workday functionality across AGL.- Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating new releases and identifying opportunities for optimization.

About You -
- Experience working with Workday in an implementation or support role.- Subject matter expertise in at least one Workday area (Compensation, Advanced Compensation, HCM Core.).- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - you love tackling complex challenges- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- The ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
