Job Summary:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and driven Student Enrolment Advisor to join our Australian Risepoint team. Reporting into the Director of Marketing & Student Recruitment, this integral position will be the first point of contact for students from around Australia who need assistance to make the right decisions about postgraduate study.

Day In a Life:
The essential functions of this role are as follows:
- Provide critical support to prospective students-
- Provide thorough information about universities’ courses and serve as a link between various departments- Communicate guidance on the online learning experience, but support through the various challenges a student may encounter.

You must meet the following requirements to be considered for employment:
- Client service-oriented individual with outstanding written and verbal communication skills- Ability to create instant connections with others and perform duties with a high degree of integrity, confidentiality, and adherence to professional ethical standards- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint- Experience in customer service, sales support, or education related fields will be highly regarded but is not essential.- If located near our Melbourne, Australia office, you will have the opportunity to go into the office once or twice a week. Office Location: Lvl 18, 1 Nicholson St, East Melbourne
