As a Learning User Experience and Change Specialist, you are responsible for
- The Design, Development and Delivery of all assets related to UX Design and Change, including content, learning/education sessions, Community of Practice
events and ongoing support to ensure there is a consistent approach to change and training services across our client's IT systems, business processes and
communication initiatives.
- Supporting the UX Design and Change Lead in the creation of contemporary User Experience tools and techniques and provide clear learning outcomes in line with our client's Design Thinking practice outcomes.
- Support and guide all Greenfield UX Design Thinking, Training and Change methodologies and ensure that our client provides excellent learning experiences for its users.
- Work with business stakeholders on a regular basis to understand the demand for services and develop an annual training and change plan including funding requirements.
- Collaborate with team and stakeholders to create and build UX Design Thinking processes, tools and templates.
- Establish and actively promote all UX design tools and techniques that are fit for purpose.
- Work closely with all stakeholder groups and communities to seek clarity on their needs and requirements ensuring that we have cutting edge up
to date UX Design Thinking methodology.
Your accountability includes but not limited to:
- 1. Deliver the Design Thinking roadmap to plan, by building, integrating and communicating the UX Design processes, tools and templates for the
organisation.
2. Deliver Change Management and Training outcomes
3.Contribute to the strategic roadmap, including governance and reporting
4.Build, maintain and manage relationships with internal stakeholders
5.Continue to develop own capability in current and future roles
6. Build effective relationships with suppliers
7.Adherence to our client's Policies, Standards and Values
Essential skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years in and/or learning Experience UX Design training and/or change management role.
- Advanced proficiency with design and prototyping techniques such as Design Thinking, and collaboration tools (e.g. Miro, UXpressia, Balsamiq or other UX tools).
- Advanced proficiency with online Learning Development and Design tools.(e.g. Articulate360 or Canva, Powtoon).
- Experience in all other software product development, including an understanding of the agile development lifecycle.
- Ability to analyse and digest complex problems into simple frictionless experiences and workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team while also being able to work independently.
- Ability to clearly communicate your ideas and design solutions to the team.
