It’s your chance to be part of something bigger. **About the Opportunity** Reporting to the Head of Organisational Capability and Learning, the Learning Experience Manager’s primary focus is to deliver and maximise the outcomes of the learning activities across projects and initiatives across the RACV Group. Specifically, the role is accountable for developing, implementing, and embedding RACV’s blended learning experience strategy. **This could be just the right role for you** You will manage the design and delivery of learning solutions within and across RACV - from senior leadership programs to call centre academies - bringing a future-focused approach to learning to inspire, engage and enable capability, growth and the development of our people to enable them to be their best whilst delivering on RACV’s strategy. You will focus on using emerging learning technology and modern delivery methods, to create and guide learning that will drive continuous improvement and professional development skill uplift for all roles. **What you’ll need to be successful** - Post Graduate Degree in HR/OD (required) - Minimum 3 years proven people leadership experience of teams offering multi-modal delivery services - Exceptional program and project management expertise - Ability to manage multiple programs and project teams to tight deadlines and within agreed budgets - Significant learning and development experience (>7 years) including design and implementation of L&D programs for complex organisations - Certificate 4 in Workplace Training and Assessment (preferred) - Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience in developing digital and facilitated learning solutions for blended programs across multiple verticals, with formal qualifications in learning content design and/or adult learning - Exposure to UX/UI advantageous - Implementation and management of Learning Management System (LMS) platforms - Executive stakeholder management - Ideally you will bring retail, hospitality, contact centre and operational experience - Demonstratable knowledge in learning needs analysis, solution design and development, implementation, facilitation, embedding and evaluation to realise business impact. **The RACV difference** You’ll make a difference.
