This has included the implemenation of ISO Accrediations standards 9001, 14001 and 45001. Focusing on a culture of continuous improvement, they seek to build on these achievements to further consolidate their position in the marketplace. they are seeking a Risk & Compliance Manager and are
**flexible for this role to be**
**Part-Time OR Full-time**, its all about finding the right person
**YOUR Role **Reporting to the Operations Director, you will become an integral member of the Leadership Team, working closely to embed a risk management culture across the organisation. You will further implement systems and ensure compliance to relevant areas of legislation.
- Maintain and manage the ISO Accreditations including 9001, 14001 and 45001 and Participate external in Annual Audit.
- Establish, implement and maintain the Intergrated Management Systems (IMS)
- Drive and implement the risk management framework
- Manage the HSEQ Systems, including Procore & Hammertech
- Ensure all incidents are investigated within IMS timeframes, findings reported, and corrective actions implemented to minimise risk to the business
- Lead the development and maintenance of policies, systems and procedures
- Monitor the organisations compliance to relevant legislation
- Ensuring risk management is an integral part of the organisation
- This is a hands on role which will see you liaise with different departments across the business to write procedures and policies
- This role will require occassional travel interstate, day trips mostly
- Must be adaptable and willing to work with the team to acheive business improvement initiatives
**YOUR Experience**
To be successful in this position you will ideally have the following experience:
- Diploma or Advanced Diploma in WHS, Risk Management or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role with Commercial Construction industry experience
- Construction industry induction card (white card)
- Experience in engaging with external auditors
- Extensive experience implementing and maintaining ISO 45001 / 9001 / 14001
- Lead Auditor Qualification in either Quality, Safety or Environment
- Experience working effectively and proactively with other departments
- Extensive working knowledge of construction safety procedures and processes.
- Proficiency in using and Procore, Hammertech & 3rd party certification platforms.
- Strong problem-solving, data analysis and critical thinking
- Experience in NSW Government WHSMS auditing guidelines
