About the Role

**The purpose of Manager, Risk and Compliance role is to**:

- Lead and manage the development, implementation and evaluation of Metro South's risk and compliance frameworks, activities and capabilities, including in the areas of governance, management, assurance and skill and knowledge development.
- Provide advice to executive management on risk and compliance governance and management effectiveness in relation to strategic, organisational and operational priorities.
- Foster and promote a positive risk and compliance culture in Metro South.
