This role will see you utilizing your skills in:

- Handling incoming calls professional and efficiently and directing them correctly to
- Greeting and directing clients
- Tending to client meetings
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating of documents, faxing and ordering stationery etc.
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
- Entering and updating data - MYOB AE
- Setting up and maintenance of boardrooms/tea & coffee for clients
- Assisting with ad-hoc administration tasks to support the accountants and other admin team members

This role will require strong administration skills, experience in working in a receptionist role and experience using MYOB. Positions are permanent full time and permanent part-time and will require Australian Citizenship or permanent residency.
