What this job involves

As Facilities Manager you will proactively manage the day-to-day activities at the Royal Street precinct, ensuring that the building is operating satisfactorily, with maintenance and ad hoc repairs being performed with mínimal disruption to the tenants.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Maintaining the health, safety and security of all staff, visitors and occupants.
- Ensuring maintenance contractors perform their planned and reactive maintenance with due care and effectiveness
- Maintaining the presentation of the property
- Providing support to the Operational Risk & Compliance Management team
- Ensuring JLL’s delivery platform TWRS is deployed and managed
- Procuring supplier and contract services in accordance with State Government Guidelines

You will have strong communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills, be outcomes driven and have some knowledge of asset management policies and procedures. Some trade qualifications in mechanical/electrical are preferred, but not essential.
