Job Description Summary

The Onboarding Champion is responsible for the overall process of subcontractor procurement. This includes liaising with and supporting HSE advisors, subcontractors and the project team to deliver successful outcomes.

Specific Duties include:

- Engage new contractors seeking to onboard and chair Pre-Award meetings
- Conduct new to site Plant and Equipment Assessments
- Review and ensure compliance to Service Stream ACM requirements
- Conduct 'Welcome to Site' process
- Deliver weekly Part B inductions
- Embrace and drive a safety culture of continual improvement in-line with Service Stream values
