**Job Title: Lead Consultant_QA**:
Your initial duties will include (but not limited to):

- Set budgeting, recruitment and marketing targets for the practice along with other stakeholders of business
- Provide a thought leadership in advocating QA best practices and techniques to support the delivery of quality and valuable customer solutions
- Mentor & actively coach other team members to imbibe ‘Bake quality in’ culture. This can be achieved by actively pairing with team members.
- Maintaining strong expertise and knowledge of current and emerging technologies and practices.
- Create programs to train and up-skill QAs on best quality practices.
- Champion, promote and evangelize Agile, Lean and Continuous Delivery best practices across teams and accounts.
- Drives teams through decisions on their functional/non-functional testing frameworks or practices.
- Able to identify opportunities to improve processes or practices around quality software delivery.
- Provide key input on the technical roadmap, identifying components and possible issues that could impede the execution of plans. Work with teams to formulate creative solutions for tackling these issues before they become bottlenecks.
- Support and develop technical leadership capabilities across our rapidly growing Engineering cohort.
- Create programs to assist in the assessment, recruitment and retention of QAs within the organisation
- Build the QA brand to internal and external parties and/or organizations
- Work closely with our Delivery teams, getting involved in every stage to ensure that quality is an integral part of processes and technology
- Being part of Discoveries and Inceptions
- Being an ambassador for Fabric, promoting our values and the practices we use to make sure we build the software right
- Generate thought leadership content relevant to your role to support our marketing department in social media activities and meetups

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $140,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
