**What you do**:
This role focuses on maintaining compliance with iSelect's compliance management framework and quality assurance program, supporting the Senior Risk & Compliance Manager and Compliance Business Partners. Key responsibilities include updating compliance frameworks, reviewing policies and procedures, conducting training, and ensuring all customer interactions adhere to legislative and industry requirements. The position involves managing the business QA framework, overseeing third-party call monitoring, analysing compliance trends for reporting, and providing guidance on legislative changes to stakeholders.

Overall, the role aims to enhance compliance awareness with key stakeholders and improve compliance results within the organisation.

**What you need**:

- Strong understanding of compliance management frameworks, legislative requirements, and industry codes relevant to the organization - ideally in the Utilities industry
- Training and facilitation of compliance requirements in a sales environment
- Managing to a quality assurance framework including reporting insights, conducting call calibrations and reviews
- Ability to analyse compliance trends, assess findings, and generate insights for reporting to stakeholders
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs, along with strong communication skills to educate stakeholders on compliance matters
- Skills in engaging with the business to implement and embed compliance controls effectively
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, including senior management and external partners

**What's next**:
