This is a newly created position to deliver strategies and initiatives to enhance employee wellbeing, workplace diversity, gender equity and inclusive workplaces.
How you will make a difference
You will bring an ability to influence at all levels and have experience in delivering programs and initiatives that create sustainable change in the diversity, inclusion and wellbeing space.
Manager, Wellbeing & Inclusion
You will be a key member of our People and Capability leadership team and lead the development of key programs and initiatives such as an integrated wellbeing program, diversity and inclusion initiatives and actions arising from our Gender Equality, Disability and Inclusion and Reconciliation Action plans.
Your data-driven approach will be fundamental in developing and evaluating initiatives related to gender equity, inclusion and wellbeing.
Skills that set you apart
With proven leadership experience and an ability to deliver multiple concurrent initiatives across the wellbeing and inclusion fields you will bring a collaborative and relationship-driven approach to the role.
You will have demonstrated experience in leading and designing organisational development initiatives with diverse cultures and distributed workforces and you will be a proven team player to collaborate effectively with the People and Capability team and stakeholders.
You will use your high level analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills to embed sustainable change in a complex organisation.
A relevant tertiary qualification in organisational development, HR, psychology, or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
