The Manager - Health and Wellbeing plays a key role in promoting a supportive, psychologically safe workplace at VicGrid. They design and manage wellbeing programs, respond to work-related incidents, and ensure access to support services. The role includes collaborating with leadership to meet training and safety standards, supporting staff through organisational change, and measuring the impact of wellbeing initiatives. A focus on cultural safety and legal compliance is also central to the position.

**What you will deliver**
- Create and oversee programs and initiatives that support a psychologically safe work environment, employee mental health and employee wellbeing, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Establish and manage processes to respond effectively when an employee needs support due to a work-related incident.
- Develop and implement team crisis response processes such as debriefing following triggering events in the community, particularly for those in community engagement roles.
- Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of health and wellbeing initiatives and report on progress to the Director, People and Capability.

**What you will bring**
- A degree in psychology, social work, occupational health, or a related field.
- Certification in Mental Health First Aid, Crisis Intervention, or similar qualifications.
- Proven expertise in developing, implementing, and managing mental health and wellbeing programs within an organisation.
- Experience in establishing and managing crisis response processes, including debriefing and support following triggering events.
