This role presents a unique opportunity to leverage your risk & compliance skills and build out your experience in the thriving ESG space. Your role will see you overseeing the risk & compliance function at both a fund and corporate level. This will include development & maintenance of policies & procedures, as well as internal & external reporting and stakeholder management (including investor interaction). Additionally you'll be tasked with the establishment & expansion of the firm's ESG program. This will see you develop the function from the ground up, at a head office and asset level. This aspect of the role will see you working closely with asset managers, in order to implement programs to achieve ESG targets and objectives. You're an experienced risk & compliance professional, already with several years' relevant experience in the financial services, funds management and/or real estate sector (and preferably with prior ESG experience). Ideally you'll have experience with ESG reporting frameworks, such as Greenstar, NABERS and GRESB. And an appetite to expand on your ESG knowledge and experience is essential. Finally, you're tertiary qualified, with exceptional interpersonal skills and an ability to effectively engage multi-functional stakeholders.
