nVent ERICO offers components for electrical protection, rail and transit connectivity, telecom installation, and utility and industrial facility electrical installation systems. The nVent CADDY brand includes fixing, fastening and support products for electrical installation, seismic and fire protection, data communications and heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems. nVent ERIFLEX low-voltage, space-saving power and grounding connections for electrical panels and nVent LENTON engineered products for concrete reinforcing steel connections.
- LENTON RSM Oceania - Key role responsibilities
- Maintain The LENTON Brand Recognition for Oceania
- Key to this role is to provide LENTON adaptable solutions for both Design and Construction.
- Execute the Sales Plan to grow LENTON Sales throughout Australia and New Zealand.
- Initiate LENTON Product specifications.
- Presentations of LENTON to Design Engineers via regular Lunch & Learns
- Key Account Management.
- Work with Industry Peak Bodies, ACRS and SRIA.
- Strong communicator.
- Maintain ACRS Technical Approval of LENTON for Australia and New Zealand.
- Oversee the ACRS Auditing process for Material Traceability and Bar End processing and assist our nVent Team.
- Testing and Approval of LENTON coupler systems for Australia and New Zealand
- Provide detailed LENTON Project Demand Planning.
- Grow the network of LENTON Distributors across Australia and New Zealand.
- Understands competitors Mechanical Splicing Systems - strengths and weaknesses
- Team player ready to help and support nVent co-workers.
- Demonstrates the highest level of Integrity and Honesty.

- Technical support for all LENTON inquiries.
- qualifications and experience
- Degree qualified in Civil / Structural Engineering with a focus on Structures.
- Additional qualifications and experience is preferable.
