This exciting opportunity exists for an APS6 Project Officer to assist in the delivery of Aged Care services.

**Your new company**
This public sector agency is responsible for providing senior Australians with quality information and supporting seamless access to aged care services. They work collaboratively to ensure the website, contact centre, and face-to-face workforces are available and accessible to ensure senior Australians have contemporary, easy to understand information about the aged care system and the services that are available to them. This area is responsible for policy development, program design and delivery, including programs and policies that impact the outcomes for senior Australians.

**Your new role**
Your new role will see you join a section that consists of four sub-teams that are responsible for the day-to-day management of a contact centre contract, performance, data analysis, continuous improvement, content management and management of consumer complaints.

Here, your new role exists to ensure exceptional delivery of services, to assist with facilitation of contact centre support functions and integration. You will work with the Project Manager to prepare and maintain relevant project and change documentation. Develop, draft and review of briefs, correspondence, meeting papers, and project documents.

You will also work closely with internal and external stakeholders to plan and implement contact centre support for new business activity, including contributing to discovery workshops to determine business needs and contact centre support requirements. Due to the collaborative nature of the project, you will be required to foster effective working relationships with different areas across the department.

- Ability to prioritise and effectively manage competing deadlines.
- Ability to work with limited direction and to achieve results in a fluid and agile environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a small team to achieve positive outcomes and a positive workplace culture.
- Experience in contributing to the planning and implementation of wider agency policies and objectives in relation to customer outcomes.
