**Position Overview**:
Amana Community Services is seeking a dynamic General Operations Manager to lead our home care services for older people, including Home Care Packages (HCP) and Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) services. This role is pivotal as we enter a significant growth phase, with a strong focus on enhancing client experience and satisfaction. You will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, achieving strategic goals, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, client-centered services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership and Growth**: Spearhead the development and delivery of high-quality home care services, ensuring alignment with Amana Community Services' strategic priorities and long-term growth objectives.
- **Operational Excellence**: Oversee all aspects of operational delivery, including client outcomes, financial performance, and compliance. Implement and evolve systems to enhance service delivery at scale.
- **Client Satisfaction**: Drive initiatives to improve client experience and satisfaction, ensuring services are delivered in a client-centered and responsive manner.
- **Team Engagement**: Lead and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve service excellence and meet strategic goals.
- **Strategic and Commercial Insight**: Utilize commercial insight to drive growth and innovation in service delivery models. Manage competing priorities effectively, balancing operational and strategic demands.
- **Compliance and Risk Management**: Ensure adherence to quality and safeguarding standards, managing risk and compliance effectively.

**About You**:

- **Leadership and Management**: Proven track record in senior management roles with strong leadership skills and at least **five years** of experience managing Home Care Packages (HCP) and Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) services.
- **Client Focus**: Demonstrated passion for enhancing client experience and outcomes, with expertise in quality processes and systems.
- **Commercial Acumen**: Insightful and strategic, with a history of driving growth and developing agile, client-focused service models.
- **Collaboration and Relationship Building**: Ability to build meaningful relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- **Integrity and Outcomes Focus**: High level of integrity and a strong commitment to achieving results.
