**Job Opportunity: Full-Time Barista at The Lil Hut Cafe**

Are you passionate about coffee and delivering excellent customer service? The Lil Hut Cafe is looking for an energetic and friendly full-time barista to join our team If you love creating delicious drinks, providing a great experience for customers, and working in a cozy, vibrant environment, we want to hear from you

**Position**: Full-Time or Casual Barista
**Location**: The Lil Hut 2 locations avaliable

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve specialty coffee, espresso-based drinks, and teas to customers
- Ensure all drinks are made to high-quality standards and served in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including workstations and equipment
- Manage cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth cafe operations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a barista is preferred and ongoing training will be provided
- A passion for coffee and creating a positive customer experience
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility with hours, including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
