An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced and passionate **General Manager** to lead the team at our duel-branded site in **Brooklyn Park**.

Working across both our **Boost Juice **and **Salsas Fresh Mex** brands, you will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the site. Reporting directly to the Salsas Franchise Business Consultant, you will contribute to cultivating the vibrant culture within the team, fostering a positive environment, and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Motivating your team to promote our values and culture to deliver a positive customer experience.
- Hiring, onboarding, training and rostering your team.
- Collaborating on marketing initiatives to drive business growth and create an outstanding customer experience.
- Meeting the store’s financial objectives.
- Managing inventory levels and controlling costs to optimize profitability.
- Upholding operational excellence by implementing and adhering to policies and procedures.
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced hospitality or retail environment.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Strong communication abilities, with attention to detail and time management.
- The ability to maintain professionalism and thrive under pressure.
- Multisite experience highly regarded but not compulsory.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends.
- A genuine focus on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving tangible results.

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
