**About the Opportunity**

Reporting to the New Energy Product Manager, you will work collaboratively across the portfolio to support account growth, customer value, financial performance and advocacy for the RACV energy portfolio.

You will
** **have a key area of responsibility to drive measurable business outcomes as well as a strong role to play across the Energy Services portfolio, broader Energy Products and Home and Energy Division.

With a proven background in energy retailing, you will have a strong focus on supporting the delivery & optimisation of consumer energy products & propositions. Working in a high energy agile environment, you will bring new products to market from opportunity identification, to business case, to product launch & ongoing portfolio management & optimisation.

We offer hybrid working as part of the role - a mix of working from home and in the office to enhance your work/life balance.

**What you’ll need to be successful**
- Tertiary qualifications in relevant business discipline such as commerce, law, economics, science, engineering, or marketing
- Experience in product function in a B2C environment, product, and business development
- Product or equivalent experience in Energy Services
- Post graduate qualification in business or marketing (desirable)
- Formal project management qualifications (desirable)
