- UGL Resources & Energy West has an exciting opportunity for a
**Construction Manager **to be involved in a large construction project in WA’s South-West Region, with a project duration of an estimated 2 years. You will work on a local 5/2 DIDO roster and accommodation will be provided.

**About the role**
- Direct and control construction activities to ensure that standards of quality, cost, safety and performance are observed, and time schedules are met
- Plan and stage construction works across site
- Interface with engineering, procurement, commercial, quality, materials and logistics to ensure construction activities take place immediately once onsite
- Monitor physical and financial progress of work
- Liaise with client to maintain high-level of customer service relationships

**About you**
- Extensive construction management experience working on large construction projects in the resources / oil & gas sector
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to establish effective working relationships at all levels
- Sound analytical skills with the ability to challenge existing practices to identify justifiable improvement opportunities
- Ability to participate in and contribute to incident investigations, risk assessments and injury management processes
- Proficient computer skills
