**About the Organisation**:
Redpath partners have partnered with a reputable and growing Construction Business with a National turnover of $200m+, to find them a Head of Construction for their Victorian Business. Our client is an established Builder who have delivered projects using a variety of delivery models including Early contractor involvement, Design & Construct, Fixed Lump Sum, Progressive Lump Sum, Client Pre-qualified panel, Construction Management, Head contractor, and Cost plus across multiple project disciplines.

The Victorian business has the National backing to emulate interstate success through National and newly developed clients across Melbourne. With an established client base across Commercial, Residential, Government, Hospitality, Retail, Health, Education and Industrial there really is no better time to join.

As a Head of Construction / Operations, you will have complete autonomy and oversight of the entire Vic Business, being involved in Early Consultation and Design Development, through to Project Delivery, Financial Profit & Loss, Budgeting and Forecasting for the Business.

**About you**:

- This role will suit someone who comes with 15+ years’ experience within the Commercial industry, specifically having worked within Design and Construct Fit out projects.
- Ideally previously or currently within a senior management role, at a Project Director level or higher.
- Operational experience, P&L responsibility, however if you are across large project management and struggling to break through the next level of seniority, this could be an opportunity to entertain on smaller scale, fast track project oversight.
- You come with strong ambition and passion to help grow the Victorian business.
- Strong and proven ability to lead and manage a high performing existing team, and attracting top talent inline with project growth.
