Head of Construction

**This is a prestigious role reporting into our APAC executive leadership team and indirectly to global management. You will be managing teams for our onshore and offshore departments throughout the APAC region.** Due to your past experiences you will understand the importance of value need and value creation to utilise an out of the box creative thinking model, which will help you and your teams to achieve efficient solutions. Your people management style will guide your team members to be self-reliant while looking to you for guidance on best practice methods with external and internal stakeholders. The Construction & Transport Procurement team is responsible for the strategic sourcing of all industrial service providers who support Vestas with qualified manpower and equipment for the transportation and construction of our wind power plants. Through early engagement of our business partners, we secure the best value engineered solution for the development and construction of our EPC and Supply & Installation projects. With a cross functional team of stakeholders, we strategically develop partnerships to enable sustainable growth and drive value for our end customers.
