Are you a passionate and driven leader ready to take the next step in your multi-site management career? We’re on the hunt for an experienced **Area Leader** to oversee a group of vibrant, fast-paced venues across a designated region.

**About the Role** As Area Leader, you’ll be responsible for leading and mentoring Venue Leaders, driving operational excellence, and ensuring each location delivers on key business goals, from team engagement to financial performance.

You’ll play a hands-on role across:

- Leadership & people development
- Recruitment, training & performance coaching
- Operational and financial oversight (COGS, labour, P&L)
- Customer experience & service standards
- Local marketing and community engagement
- Food safety, compliance & workplace health and safety

**What You’ll Bring**
- Strong leadership experience across multi-site hospitality or retail
- A natural coach and mentor who thrives on developing high-performing teams
- Ability to manage operations, budgets and reporting with confidence
- Passion for customer experience, local community connection, and team culture
