Yo-Chi is in an exciting growth phase, set to double our presence in NSW in 2025. To support this, we’ve welcomed new and amazing NSW Area Leaders
- each with their own group of venues to help drive this next chapter of success. Now, we’re looking for our final Area Leader to join the pack and take charge of our newest venues across the state.

**What You’ll Do**
- Inspire and mentor Venue Managers to deliver next-level customer service.
- Drive performance across your venues, ensuring KPIs and goals are consistently met.
- Recruit, train, and lead high-performing teams with a people-first mindset.
- Own your portfolio’s financial success
- manage P&Ls, labour, and COGs.
- Collaborate with marketing to connect each venue with its local community.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 3+ years of proven multi-site leadership in QSR or hospitality.
- A people centric leader who thrives on team growth and development.
- Strong operational and financial acumen.
- A proactive, hands on leader who balances strategic vision with daily execution.
