What We Need:
We are looking for someone who is excited about building relationships with clients. You will be part of a team of skilled digital specialists who take pride in the work that they deliver, aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo and who never miss an opportunity to have a laugh or two (puns encouraged). You will be responsible for digital campaigns (including production), overseeing paid campaigns and influencer engagement and management. You will work alongside the Senior Account Director to nurture client relationships and provide strategic guidance to clients and our junior team members who support you on the day-to measurement-driven day activation.
What you'll be doing:
**Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients with a view to grow account
- Ability to facilitate conversations to manage client expectations and budgets.
- Lead any phase of the project cycle, including planning, design, development, testing, implementation, documentation, reporting, and closure working autonomously with mínimal guidance from client leads and ability to independently liaise with clients regarding allocated activities.
- Development and ownership of project timelines including ensuring team members deliver work on time and to deadline - or before
- Ability to report to and communicate with the client on allocated tasks as appropriate: including attendance at client/supplier meetings (where relevant) and provision of timely and accurate contact reports, evaluation reports, WIP documents, etc.
- Understanding of influencer marketing and ability to engage and manage influencers as part of a campaign/project
- Creation of post-campaign reports with the support of team.
- Support optimisations on campaigns and projects and provide recommendations to client for improvements based on key learnings.
- Build relationships with key social media influencers and maintain WE’s influencer database
- Guide and support SAE/AEs, as required to deliver on client work and manage outcomes
- Quality assurance of all work including ensuring client feedback is accurately captured in all rounds of revision
- Build strong and successful working relationships with your team, other internal teams, vendors and clients
- Manage financial activities including reports, invoicing and budgets for clients;
- Schedules, organises and runs regular client meetings and calls, providing consultative advice, updating WIPs, note taking and manage client feedback;
What you've been able to accomplish:
**Skills and experience required**
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English or related field is preferred, or the equivalent knowledge and/or experience.

- Strong oral, writing, and editing skills.

- Strong ability to develop and deliver presentations and pitches to clients.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Ability to manage the day to day running of accounts and client interaction with support from other team members.
- Have experience directing and delegating work to ensure client KPIs are met.
- Ability to deliver research, writing and delivery of new business pitches
- Highly competent in all forms of public relations writing (e.g. media releases and pitches, fact sheets, backgrounders, Q&As, speeches, white papers) and verbal communications skills.
