**About The Role**

We currently have an opportunity for a motivated Specification Writer - Technical Support Officer (Specification) to join our team based in Oakleigh.

**About you**

This is a great entry-level opportunity for an individual wanting to build a career within a sales role or the broader business with both the local and global market leader in this industry.

You will have:

- The ability to provide a high level of customer service
- An aptitude for problem solving and technical tasks as well as the willingness to learn
- Knowledge of developing schedules for clients and strong computer skills
- The willingness to develop an advanced understanding of the Australian Standards and building codes and Building Information Modeling (BIM) software Previous experience with CRM ( Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365), mechanical, electro-mechanical and/or Electronic Access Control (EAC), specification writing and sales or architectural documenting would be desired but not essential
