- The role will involve learning about our fantastic products and
- Resolve product or service problems & providing technical/trouble shooting support using product guides
- Liaise between various departments; spare parts, technicians
- Co-ordinating customer order delivery and/or return of goods
- Provide a positive customer satisfaction experience

The person:

- To be considered as the next Customer Service - After Sales Professional for our client;
- Previous experience in a phone-based Customer Service, technical support role
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions outstanding service to premium brands
- Demonstrated ability to be a strong team member
- Outstanding telephone manner with focus on customer care
- Very high attention to detail
- Manage customer warranty claims.
- Well-organised with strong administrative and time management skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills - sometime invlolves hunting down service agents in remote areas.
