**Based in Kirrawee, Bamboo Body is a growing clothing label **that offers up essential basics made in sustainable fabrics. Our products are sold via our ecommerce website, on marketplaces such as The Iconic and through a wholesale network. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team. The role title is “Pick and Pack / Customer Service”.

Bamboo Body has amazing, loyal customers. We love to show them how much they mean to us by picking and packing their orders promptly and accurately, and providing friendly and efficient customer service.

**The position has a variety of responsibilities including**:

- Accurately pick, pack and dispatch orders
- Maintain a clean and organised working environment
- Perform regular stocktakes
- Restock pick bins as required
- Data entry
- Returns processing
- General administration

Our warehouse can be a very busy place at times so it is essential that you are able to work quickly and efficiently, and are able to prioritise your work.
- Enjoys communicating and has clear verbal and written skills
- Detail oriented
- Confident learning new computer systems
- Physically fit as the role requires time on your feet and some lifting
- Interested in fashion
- Takes pride in their work, enjoys working individually and as part of a team

This role can be part time or full time. Experience is not necessary but a willingness to learn and a positive attitude are mandatory. Please make sure you submit a cover letter with your resume
