**About the role**:
Tynan Motors is currently looking for a customer service focused individual to join our **Customer Experience Call Centre Team.**

This position is full time Monday to Friday based in Kirrawee. Hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm.

**Job tasks and responsibilities**:

- You will be the first point of contact for all customer inbound phone inquiries working as part of our bigger team
- Booking customers in for vehicle services via phone.
- Assisting customers with any query relating to the vehicle; via phone.
- Delivering outstanding customer service to both external and internal customers.
- General Service Reception/Administration Duties

**About you**:

- Previous experience in a call centre/reception position - _regarded but not essential_
- Fantastic phone manner and customer service skills
- Strong Computer and Software Skills - _(if you know eranet even better - but not essential - we will train you)._
