**About the Role**:
We're looking for an energetic **Service Advisor** to join our busy Automotive Service Department based in Kirrawee. We are seeking a high performer who will be the face of our newly renovated Kirrawee Service Centre dealing directly with our customers who are servicing their vehicles.

**This role is Monday to Friday - 7.30 am to 5.30 pm.**

As we are a multi-franchise service centre, our employees have options to gain exposure to numerous brands.

**What will a day look like?**:

- Open from 7:30am you will meet and greet customers as part of our "Driveway service" in a casual setting (no suits and tie here).
- You will confirm booking details, providing general advice and support in identifying what repairs/maintenance needs to be done.
- Liaise between workshop and customer for any repairs, sales or warranty operations required.
- Cost/invoice paperwork for each customer.
- Overall: establish and develop effective customer relationships

**About you**:

- Previous or current experience as an Automotive Service Advisor - **highly regarded**:

- Proven experience meeting and/or over achieving Customer Satisfaction Targets
- ERA/ERA Net Experience - highly regarded
- You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to our customers
- You will thrive in a busy, high-volume environment
- You will have sound computer experience with the ability to learn new systems
- You will have a can-do approach where no task is too hard
- You have the ability to build rapport with our valued customers
- Current NSW Driver's License
- Ability to work Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm
