City Venue Management are currently recruiting a Duty Manager at our Miami Aquatic Centre We're in search of a dynamic and adaptable individual who can lead the team around them to maintain a safe and fun aquatic environment.

**Key Requirements for Duty Managers**:

- Outstanding customer service skills, presentation, and attitude
- Current Blue Card (Working with children check)
- Current CPR
- Current First Aid
- Current Pool Lifeguard

**Duty Manager Responsibilities**:

- Lead, manage and inspire the team on shift with professionalism and a positive, can-do attitude
- First point of contact for staff on shift
- Open and clear communication between yourself and the team
- Ensure the safety, health and well-being of all patrons within our facilities
- Administration and financial adhoc tasks
- Ability to work proactively, multitask and work well under pressure
