Job description:
Direct beach front, high profile and award winning cafe situated in Miami, is looking for an experienced Manager to lead our team.
This is a high energy, fun and friendly coffee outlet, located on the beach and is very popular with our local community. It is a great place to meet and enjoy the Gold Coast lifestyle.
The Manager role consists of the following duties;
- Experience in a high paced environment
- BOH duties - rostering, controlling cogs, labor costs, ordering, stocktake
- Ability to train and mentor your team
- Broad range of barista skills inc. specialty coffees
- Pre -planning and time management - we can make upwards of 600+ coffees on any given day, along with a range of cafe style food options, smoothies and light snacks/meals

Located in North Burleigh/Miami you will have the luxury of working on the beach front with a great team and friendly local atmosphere. We pride ourselves on our ability to provide a top quality Allpress coffee, delicious food and exceptional customer service all while working under pressure
