**Job description**:

- Direct beach front, high profile and award winning cafe situated in Miami, is looking for an experienced Manager to lead our team._
- This is a high energy, fun and friendly coffee outlet, located on the beach and is very popular with our local community. It is a great place to meet and enjoy the Gold Coast lifestyle._
- The Manager role consists of the following duties;_
- _Experience in a high paced environment_
- _BOH duties - rostering, controlling cogs, labor costs, ordering, stocktake_
- _Ability to train and mentor your team_
- _Broad range of barista skills inc. specialty coffees_
- _Pre -planning and time management - we can make upwards of 600+ coffees on any given day, along with a range of cafe style food options, smoothies and light snacks/meals_
- If you are someone who sees the whole picture, thinks ahead, is organised, hands on, leads with a positive attitude and wants to grow and develop in their role then please apply._
- Located in North Burleigh/Miami you will have the luxury of working on the beach front with a great team and friendly local atmosphere. We pride ourselves on our ability to provide a top quality Allpress coffee, delicious food and exceptional customer service all while working under pressure_
- Please note; our hours are being extended so flexible availability is required 7 days a week._
