We are looking for 2x administrators, for an immediate start on a 4-month contract, providing critical administrative and data entry support for a project within the People Operations team. The key to success in the role will be organisation, attention to detail and excellent communication skills. This dynamic role is based in our Strathpine office in Brisbane with Hybrid WFH options.

**Some of your responsibilities will include**:

- Electronic document management and control
- Reconciling and recording data
- Reviewing and receipting electronic documents
- Internal stakeholder communication
- Project related administrative tasks
- Potential SAP data input

**To be successful in this position, you have will have**:

- Natural strengths as a communicator
- Being well organised, proactive, and having a high attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience in an administration role
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate experience in Excel and Word
- Previous system experience (SAP knowledge regarded but not mandatory)
- Previous document control or exposure to contracts is ideal but not essential
