  • Analytical and solution-oriented, with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues
  • Proven ability to deliver engaging training and develop user-friendly support resources
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups
  • Commitment to maintaining data accuracy and system integrity
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Excel, SQL or Power BI is desirable

What We Offer

  • A collaborative team environment that values systems improvement and operational efficiency
  • A commitment to employee well-being, including access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and corporate benefits
  • Paid parental leave to support work-life balance
  • Ongoing learning and development opportunities, including training in workforce systems and analytics
  • A competitive remuneration package based on experience
  • Reward and Recognition Points System — we love celebrating success
  • Salary packaging options, including motor vehicle salary packaging
  • Access to corporate technology discounts
  • A modern office environment with excellent facilities
