We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our accounts of our Service Business in South Sydney. Your success in the role will ultimately by measured by the loyalty of the customers you are accountable for, maximizing revenue and growing our customer base with the objective of establishing KONE as the dominant force in the industry.
**What will you be doing?**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account status and performance.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
