The **Account Manager** is responsible for providing expert solutions & insights relevant to their assigned portfolio. This role drives high levels of customer satisfaction, develops strategic partnerships and ensures Winc is helping our customers achieve a better work-life.
***In this role you will be responsible for**:
- Manage retention and profitability of contracts
- Focus on Customer treatments tailored to overall company strategy
- Develop and maintain a strong business relationship with all relevant contacts within the client organisations
- Maintain expert knowledge of the industry including products, systems and unique value propositions
- Effectively manage all aspects of sales activity and the customer lifecycle
- Grow Share Of Wallet within assigned territory***
**Skills & Experience Required**:
- B2B experience and industry knowledge
- Record of success in achieving targets
- Successful client management skills
- Understanding and ability to articulates the Winc “Single Source” Vision to create opportunity
- Ability to analyse customer financial data, Winc SAP generated data, contract modelling and strategic pricing tools to develop solutions delivering savings to the customer and profit for Winc.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Advanced consultative selling skills
- Intermediate financial acumen
- Mindset of Drive/ Confidence/ Accountability/ Resilience and Adaptability
- Strong teamwork skills
