Join our dynamic Queensland team as an Account Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach within the residential and medium density building sectors. We are seeking an Account Manager who excels in nurturing client relationships and possesses a proven track record in stakeholder management. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth. Your ability to strategise and execute plans that align with our clients' needs will be crucial.
**You will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following**:
- Develop client relationships, and revenue streams within Intrax’s operational areas.
- Influence operations and delivery teams to ensure all work is understood and is effectively and efficiently completed to meet client deadlines.
- Develop growth strategies and plans by identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
- Manage CRM data and pipelines proactively.
- Work closely with Marketing to develop effective B2B collateral and activities
- Manage the end-to-end process of tenders for the procurement of engineering/field services business for the company.
- Directly engage and influence the delivery teams that are managing opportunities you win, to ensure all projects are handed over to be managed effectively.
- Proactively develop and grow the businesses of Intrax to meet forward strategic plans and objectives.

**We are looking for someone with**:
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) to handle various customer and stakeholder groups, with a strength in building lasting values aligned relationships and rapport.
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills and the ability to handle various and multiple functions simultaneously, including the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Proven IT skills in Microsoft Word, databases and Excel, with the ability to learn other software systems (especially our CRM system) as required.
- Strong analytical skills with focus on holistic (whole-of-business-level) problem solving.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment whilst. demonstrating the ability to work independently and to use initiative.
- Ideally a minimum of 3+ years’ experience with structural engineering pertaining to domestic construction highly desirable from the building, construction or infrastructure services sectors
