Deloitte Digital is Australia's leading digital consultancy and design studio. Our Customer Strategy and Applied Design team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Strategy Consultant to join and support our continued growth.

As a Customer Strategy Consultant at Deloitte Digital, you will use your 2-4 years of prior consulting or customer/digital agency experience to deliver key streams of work in customer strategy engagements, helping to support our client’s growth through the development of clear and robust customer strategies, digital and customer transformations, and compelling customer propositions.

**Seniority**

**Mid Level** - A role for someone with some well-developed knowledge and skills they can bring to the role and team. Typically within 2-5 years of experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Product Roadmap Development - Work with cross-functional teams to develop product roadmaps that align with business goals and user needs, including prioritization of features
- Product Launch - Develop and execute product launch plans, including messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
- Client Communication and Relationship Building - Communicate with clients and stakeholders to build relationships, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction with services
