**Introduction**:
The Strategy Consultant is a pivotal member of Optimizely’s Customer Success Organization, blending the hands-on delivery of product onboarding with strategic consulting to empower clients throughout the APAC region. The role encompasses end-to-end project management for onboarding the Optimizely Digital Experience Platform while also advising customers on digital strategy, optimization, and technology enablement. This position acts as both the primary point of contact for onboarding and a strategic thought partner to help clients achieve their business objectives through industry-leading solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the initial and ongoing point of contact for clients during onboarding and strategic engagements, ensuring a ‘white glove’ experience from sales handover to go-live.
- Lead, manage, and execute multiple, simultaneous onboarding projects and strategic initiatives, balancing business priorities, use cases, customer satisfaction, and technical quality across the Optimizely suite (DXP, Data Platform, Experimentation, CMP, etc.).
- Facilitate sessions and workshops with client stakeholders to align on goals, share strategic insights, influence action, and drive decisions affecting business impact, user experience, data, and technology.
- Develop an excellent understanding of client goals, digital strategy, and how these can be enabled by technology solutions; help clients map organizational processes and support change management toward data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including strategy consultants, solutions architects, and Onboarding Delivery Partners, to ensure program success with clear goals, timelines, and processes.
- Discover and document product requirements, advocate for the customer, and integrate Optimizely products while maintaining project hygiene through ongoing status and plan updates.
- Participate in pre-sales scoping calls to help formulate custom packages and create SOWs (as applicable to senior level).
- Work with clients to develop visions, strategies, and actionable plans—validating and framing ideas as testable hypotheses, recommendations, or research questions.
- Maintain and share a repository of knowledge to scale consulting functions and support the wider Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Marketing organizations.
- Promote product adoption by understanding client goals and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of forthcoming releases and features through regular product open houses.
- Manage administrative tasks related to Onboarding Delivery Partners and collaborate effectively with Customer Success, Sales, and Partner organizations across the region.
- Create visibility and regularly share onboarding and strategic updates with the broader APAC team.
- Encourage a culture of continuous optimization, designing roadmaps, generating insights, and calculating business impact for clients.
- Utilize tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zendesk, Jira, Salesforce and Gainsight to coordinate resources and technical support as needed.

**Knowledge and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum five years’ experience in customer success, project management, digital marketing, technology consulting, analytics, and/or customer experience optimization (CRO, AB testing), ideally in a SaaS environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; skilled in leading customer discussions and facilitating workshops.
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and relationship-building abilities.
- Exceptional project management skills, with an emphasis on attention to detail, timelines, and quality; familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is a plus.
- Comprehensive understanding of operational infrastructure, processes, and tools of a modern Digital Experience Platform.
- Familiarity with Optimizely or other leading Digital Experience Platforms, is a plus.
