As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and collaborative Assistant Manager - Taxation to join our Brisbane office. **About the Role**

You’ll play a key role in leading a high-performing team and nurturing client relationships built on trust, support, and real outcomes.
In this role, you will:

- Manage your own client portfolio, delivering tailored tax compliance and strategic advisory services to SMEs, family groups, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Mentor and develop junior and intermediate team members, providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate team workflow, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining a healthy work-life balance for the team.
- Deliver practical, forward-thinking tax advice that genuinely helps clients grow their businesses and improve their lives.
- Be a key point of contact for clients — not just for their tax needs, but as a trusted advisor who cares about their broader success.
- Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

**What We’re Looking For**

We're seeking someone who:

- Has **5+ years of experience** in public practice accounting, with strong expertise in Australian tax.
- Has **experience** in **leading and supporting teams**, and managing client relationships independently.
- Is **CA or CPA qualified**.
- Communicates clearly, builds trust easily, and takes a people-first approach to problem-solving.
- Is technically capable but also passionate about **growing others and making a positive impact**.
- Is organised, proactive, and eager to be part of a values-aligned, purpose-driven firm.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
