City Cave Springwood have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager to help lead our centre to success. This role will be responsible for assisting the Manager to oversee all areas of centre operations through supporting your team, driving sales growth, and executing operational requirements to deliver excellence across the Centre. This role will suit someone who loves to support our clients through exceptional customer service ensuring the best City Cave experience.

- Assist with the overall operation of the City Cave Centre.
- Maintain sales and second line of income targets.
- Merchandising of inventory.
- Complete daily and weekly reports for management.
- Have excellent customer service.
- Complete marketing for the centre.
- Weekly Stocktake.
- Health Fund Receipting.
- Performance Reviews.
- Massage Therapist Management.
- Ensure staff compliance.
- Supplier Communication.

We are a busy Centre, and open until 9pm 7days per week so the ability to work the evenings and weekends is a must.
