**About the Role**

An exciting opportunity is currently available for a recruitment professional to join our organisation to drive best practice recruitment solutions to our business and be largely focused on supporting our Victorian portfolio.

**About you**

You enjoy the challenge of a competitive market and coming up with new and innovative ways to find and attract talent and have a proven ability of building ‘talent communities’ and maintaining ‘talent pipelines’ to meet the future workforce needs as the organisation continues to grow.
- Have recruitment experience in volume recruitment or sizeable, geographically dispersed
- Possess strong stakeholder management skills and effective communication
- Be resilient and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Be results-oriented and demonstrates a high level of ownership and accountability in delivering outcomes
- Be able to articulate ideas and think laterally to overcome obstacles and solve problems.
- Demonstrated experience with recruitment software
